Aritzia
As Aritzia’s Director of Copy, my priorities were to elevate its voice, bring greater consistency, and add compelling depth to our product stories. Through a period of rapid growth, I created many foundational pieces of brand infrastructure, including the company’s first-ever brand book, guidelines for our creative and internal comms teams, and a revamped About Us page. I also developed individual tone of voice guidelines for each of the 14 brands within in the Aritzia portfolio.
My team’s output included a product catalogue of hundreds of SKUs each season, omnichannel marketing campaigns, product naming, product packaging, and retail collateral.
